Information Technology Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to support and maintain enterprise technology environments in Abu Dhabi. This position is focused on keeping core systems stable, secure, and available, with strong hands-on involvement across servers, virtualization, networking, cloud, security, and collaboration platforms.

Key Technical Expertise

• Administration of Windows Server environments, including 2016, 2019, and 2022, along with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Virtualization support using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Backup and disaster recovery management with tools such as Veeam and Acronis.
• Handling SAN and NAS storage infrastructure.
• Support for network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Working knowledge of security technologies such as Fortinet and Cisco firewalls, VPNs, WAN, and SD-WAN.
• Exposure to cloud and infrastructure monitoring platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and network monitoring solutions.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services and identity platforms such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Understanding of endpoint protection, EDR, SIEM basics, and vulnerability management practices.
• Basic familiarity with SQL Server.
• Experience with unified communications and connected systems such as Avaya, Hikvision CCTV, and ZK attendance solutions.

Experience Requirement

The role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure settings.
