Job description
Role overview
IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency focused on pairing lifestyle brands with creators who can drive both commercial outcomes and stronger brand awareness. The agency works across travel, wellness, lifestyle, and education, and has partnered with brands such as Holafly, MyHeritage, Lingopie, and Mochi Health.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the UK, reporting to the Influencer Director and working 40 hours per week with an immediate start preferred. The salary range is £26,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.
The team is small, fast-moving, commercially minded, and built around ownership and accountability. The company is expanding its team and internal systems, creating room for the right person to grow with the business.
What the role involves
This position sits between creator discovery and client delivery. The main focus is owning the creator outreach and conversion process, starting from the first message and continuing until the creator is fully briefed and ready to be passed to the campaigns team. The role also supports live campaigns and contributes to the long-term growth of IRG's creator network and creator intelligence work.
You will be expected to work comfortably across sourcing, relationship building, and operational follow-through, helping turn initial creator contact into reliable, pitch-ready partnerships.
Core duties
- Run the creator outreach flow by following up leads in Instantly, turning replies into active relationships, and keeping momentum until agreement.
- Handle creator communication from the first response through to confirmed acceptance of the brief, so the campaigns team receives creators who are genuinely ready to activate.
- Assist the Influencer team with discovery by running Modash searches, manually finding creators on platforms, and checking them against current brand briefs.
- Keep ClickUp Influencer Network records fully up to date, ensuring every creator is logged correctly before being marked as pitch ready.
- Help maintain and improve the Influencer SOP by recording process updates and workflow improvements.
- Support the Campaigns Manager during live campaigns with briefing, creator communication, and chasing approvals where needed.
- Identify creators who are underperforming, slow to respond, or could pose a risk to client relationships.
- Notice gaps in the pipeline, unworked creator opportunities, and brands or creators that could be a fit but have not yet been actioned.
- Track creator trends, emerging talent, platform changes, and category movement across travel, wellness, lifestyle, and education.
- Share creator opportunities, market intelligence, and new creator recommendations proactively with the wider team.
- Stay aware of creator pricing patterns, market benchmarks, and availability across key categories.
Creator network development
- Build and maintain a preferred creator network across the agency's core verticals.
- Develop long-term creator relationships that improve response rates, efficiency, and repeat activations.
- Keep in regular contact with priority creators and talent managers to strengthen the network over time.
- Assess creators for audience quality, engagement performance, brand fit, commercial suitability, and campaign relevance before recommending them to campaigns.
Working style and tools
The team uses ClickUp for campaign and creator management, Instantly for outreach, Modash for discovery and data, and Slack for day-to-day communication. Team members are expected to take ownership of their work rather than wait for direction.
AI tools, including Claude, are also used to speed up work such as creator categorisation, niche research, outreach drafting, and checking brief fit. Prior experience with these tools is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are important.
What success looks like
- Follow-up outreach is handled promptly and the pipeline keeps moving.
- The campaigns team receives creators who are briefed and prepared, not merely sourced.
- ClickUp creator records remain accurate, complete, and HotPulse scored.
- Pipeline gaps and niche opportunities are identified before they become problems.
- The preferred creator network grows in quality, responsiveness, and category coverage.
- Creator reply and conversion rates improve over time.
- The campaigns team spends less time searching for and chasing creators.
- Repeat creator activations increase across campaigns.
- New creator opportunities and category insights are shared early and proactively.
Who this role suits
This role will suit someone who understands influencer marketing and the creator landscape, follows creators closely, and has a strong feel for niche communities. You should be highly organised, careful with CRM and pipeline detail, comfortable reaching out to creators, and confident building professional relationships.
The right person will be proactive, able to spot what needs doing without being told, and capable of balancing outreach, sourcing, and campaign support. You should also be calm when handling a high-volume pipeline and comfortable using data and AI tools to work more efficiently.
Progression
This role can develop into either a Senior Influencer Specialist path or a Campaigns Manager path, depending on where your strengths emerge. Progression is based on impact and ownership rather than length of service.
Benefits
- Salary of £26,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.
- Fully remote working.
- Clear progression opportunities.
- A high-trust environment where ownership is expected and recognised.
- Opportunity to be an early team member and help shape how the company sources and manages creators at scale.
Additional information
Applicants should be based in the UK, as the role is remote with a UK preference. The position starts as soon as possible and follows a 40-hour work week.
