The role involves managing engagement and collaboration activity across a portfolio of up to 20 clients, helping their brands stay active, genuine, and visible.
You will work on both outbound outreach and incoming engagement by developing new creator connections, responding to messages, and growing online communities to expand reach, loyalty, and revenue.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain a database of creators, ambassadors, and media partners who fit each client’s brand identity and audience.
- Develop ongoing relationships with strong-performing influencers to support a steady flow of collaboration opportunities.
- Create influencer briefs and make sure all agreed deliverables match client expectations and campaign objectives.
- Monitor creator content performance, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and prepare reports for internal teams and clients.
Community Engagement
- Plan and carry out community engagement initiatives that create meaningful interaction across client social channels.
- Watch online discussions and proactively flag reputation risks or brand opportunities.
- Coordinate and moderate live sessions, giveaways, and digital events to strengthen engagement and audience loyalty.
Campaign Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with creative and paid media teams so influencer outputs support broader marketing campaigns.
- Handle schedules, deliverables, and communication among influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare post-campaign reports with ROI, engagement patterns, and practical recommendations.
Brand Strategy Support
- Take part in creative brainstorming for influencer and community campaign concepts.
- Stay current on industry movements, platform changes, and competitor approaches to improve outreach methods.
- Ensure influencer content follows ad standards, disclosure rules, and each client’s brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
This is a senior social media position that calls for broad knowledge and experience in handling sizable social media accounts and clients.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with creators, clients, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated background in influencer campaign management, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong negotiation ability to structure fair pricing, packages, and deliverables.
- Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple influencer relationships and community accounts across 15–20 clients at once.
- Solid knowledge of major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and related creator tools.
- Familiarity with community management tools such as Meta Business Suite.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design collaboration ideas that feel authentic to each brand.
- Native-level English skills for writing outreach messages, briefs, and community replies.
- Good understanding of brand tone and voice, with the flexibility to adapt across different client accounts.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Comfort using project management tools such as Notion and Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Australian businesses and clientele.
- Background in paid partnership campaigns such as boosted influencer posts and whitelisted ads.
- Ability to create simple recaps or reports using Canva or Google Slides.
- Interest in the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
- Basic photography, videography, or content-editing capability using tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, or Canva.
Work Environment
Bmedia operates as a remote-friendly, async-first team that values creativity, clear communication, and ongoing learning. The company favors lean, high-impact teams rather than large hierarchies, and supports employee growth through weekly workshops and one-to-one training sessions.

- Weekly training sessions
- Bi-annual breaks lasting one week each
