Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to oversee the complete onboarding process of new clients onto the AspireIQ platform. This role involves establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient implementation experience and excellent customer service throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are met and risks are identified early
• Lead project management efforts to ensure successful client implementations
• Act as the main escalation point for project-related issues
• Coordinate alignment across internal and external teams
• Create and maintain project plans and timelines to guarantee timely, within-scope, and cost-effective deployments
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success Managers to facilitate seamless client experiences from initiation through to launch
• Support scaling initiatives by enhancing project management processes and contributing to best practices
• Operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Assist in growing the partner ecosystem by supporting and collaborating with implementation partners

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as project management, technical program management, or management consulting within the SaaS industry
• Clear understanding and ability to explain typical SaaS implementation methodologies alongside hands-on professional services knowledge
• Proven experience managing intricate technical projects including web development, UTM tracking, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and software release processes
• Strong persuasive and results-oriented customer engagement skills with excellent interpersonal capabilities
• Superior verbal and written communication proficiency
• Effective escalation management skills with confidence in handling challenging conversations
• Ability to engage and partner with executives at C-Suite, VP, and Director levels as well as frontline software users
• Team-oriented approach working effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Self-motivated learner capable of delivering results independently
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex projects and maintain attention to detail without becoming overwhelmed
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to influence customer and team success positively

Preferred Experience

• Background in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing
• Experience collaborating with ecommerce brands and retailers

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually for remote employees based in the United States.
