Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Islamabad is for an iCABBI / CMS Dispatcher. The role centers on managing dispatch activity, supporting riders and customers, and working closely with drivers to keep trips organized and on schedule. You will be responsible for handling customer questions, tracking driver availability, keeping ride information current, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved in the transport flow.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of dispatch systems and related tools, including iCABBI and similar software
- Well-developed customer service and communication abilities for addressing queries and maintaining satisfaction
- Good planning, coordination, and troubleshooting skills to manage bookings and fix ride-related problems
- Previous exposure to dispatching, logistics, or a comparable operational role
- Ability to adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and stay effective in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of Islamabad routes, neighborhoods, and transport infrastructure is beneficial
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is expected; extra training or certifications in logistics or transportation will be considered an advantage
