Role summary
This contract, part-time remote opportunity is for an experienced HR professional who will support the training and improvement of AI systems using practical, real-world human resources knowledge. The work focuses on helping shape how frontier AI models learn and perform in HR-related scenarios.
Compensation
Hourly payout ranges from $10 to $36.
Key responsibilities
- Refresh, draft, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard document templates in line with current regulations and established best practices.
- Map, improve, and streamline onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to strengthen efficiency across operations.
- Provide guidance on compliance, employee relations situations, and create reference materials or training support documents.
- Develop and assess employee-facing communications as well as change management messaging to support clear organizational communication.
- Apply hands-on HR expertise to review and improve AI-powered HR tools, workflows, and resources.
Required qualifications
- Background in HR policy creation, compliance, and day-to-day operations, with solid knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to craft effective employee communications.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting ability to evaluate and enhance HR processes and workflows.
- Comfort working independently and with distributed teams while consistently producing high-quality output.
- Interest in AI applications within HR, with the ability and willingness to learn and contribute to AI-enabled HR products.
