Role Summary
This position is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on supporting the entire employee journey, from hiring coordination through onboarding and exit processes. It also involves maintaining HR documentation and records, applying company policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring alignment with Saudi labor regulations and internal standards.
Key Duties
In this role, you will manage routine HR operations and act as a point of contact for employee questions. You will contribute to performance management activities, prepare HR paperwork and reports, and help communicate HR programs and initiatives. A key part of the job is partnering with managers to encourage a constructive, inclusive workplace, while also supporting training, engagement, and retention efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of HR fundamentals and practical experience in daily HR administration. You should be comfortable handling personnel records, benefits administration, HR policy implementation, and employee lifecycle processes. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be acceptable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities are important, along with a professional and discreet working style.
Tools and Work Environment
Experience using HRIS or other HR management systems is valuable, and you should be proficient with standard office software. Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices is important. Experience in technology, legal, or professional services settings will be an added advantage. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are highly useful for collaborating with local colleagues and stakeholders.
