Job description
Role Overview
CleanLife is seeking a diligent, proactive Human Resources Specialist to support its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on daily HR administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, and handling government-related procedures while maintaining alignment with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine employee administration tasks, including contract handling, renewals, role changes, and end-of-service processing.
- Keep employee files and records current, complete, and accurate.
- Process HR actions on government portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.
- Manage the issuance and extension of work permits, Iqama/residency permits, and visas.
- Compile and verify monthly payroll inputs to ensure data accuracy before submission.
- Liaise with Finance on payroll, employee benefits, deductions, and final settlements.
- Track attendance, leave entitlements, and employee records, and prepare related summaries.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law as well as company procedures.
- Build HR reports, management dashboards, and data insights for leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Act on behalf of the company when dealing with government authorities and completing official transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and standard HR practices.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with the Jisr HR System.
- Preferred: ability to manage several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular interaction with finance teams, employees, and government service platforms. A strong focus is placed on compliance, accuracy, and operational coordination across HR activities.
