Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer position in Jeddah. The role supports the complete employee journey, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to employee records, contract handling, policy communication, and performance management support. The position also includes daily employee relations support, attendance and leave tracking, guidance on HR procedures, compliance with school and regulatory requirements, and coordination with school leadership to help build a positive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Officer will contribute to recruitment activities, support onboarding processes, manage personnel files, and assist with employment contract administration. The role requires helping implement HR policies, keeping staff informed about procedures, and supporting performance management activities. It also involves handling employee queries, maintaining accurate attendance and leave information, preparing and revising job descriptions, ensuring HR data is reliable, and working closely with leaders to maintain a healthy work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR management, with practical exposure to core HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR policies and the ability to develop and maintain them in line with organizational values and local regulations are required. Experience in employee relations, job description development, and working with HR systems is important, along with proficiency in MS Office and careful attention to documentation. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is expected, and HR certifications are considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must work with discretion, safeguard confidential information, and collaborate effectively with staff from different backgrounds as well as school leadership teams.
