Job description

Role Overview

TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Human Resources Officer in Dubai to manage core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance support, and compliance reporting.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Handle the complete hiring process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and onboarding.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and staffing plans.
  • Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Lead new joiner orientation and induction sessions.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and HR concerns.
  • Assist with workplace issue resolution and disciplinary matters.
  • Help strengthen engagement and contribute to a constructive workplace culture.

HR Operations and Administration

  • Keep employee files and HR systems updated with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage employee movement processes such as transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Communicate and help implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Payroll and Benefits Support

  • Gather payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including insurance registration and employee claims support.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and finance teams to help ensure salaries are processed on time.

Performance Management and Development

  • Support performance review cycles and employee development activities.
  • Monitor appraisal timelines and maintain performance documentation.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure HR activities align with labor laws, company policies, and established HR practices.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on headcount, attrition, attendance, and hiring activity.
  • Support internal and external audits involving HR records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Applicants should bring 3 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Working knowledge of labor legislation and modern HR practices is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office is expected.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or CHRP would be a plus.
