Role overview
Ferretti Search is working with an expanding organization to hire a Human Resources Manager for its Charlotte, NC office. This is a fully on-site position with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule. The compensation range for the role is $110,000 to $120,000.

Key responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to support recruitment activities, coordinate new-hire processing, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Support payroll administration, employee status updates, benefits-related tasks, workers’ compensation administration, and compliance efforts.
Ideal candidate profile
- Brings 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Stays organized while handling multiple priorities and maintains accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively with employees and leaders and is known for strong service orientation.
Preferred background
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or comparable HR platforms.
- Practical understanding of employment law, employee relations, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Exposure to employee engagement, training, or workplace culture initiatives.
Benefits and compensation
