Role overview
This is a full-time remote Human Resources Manager position with responsibility for managing the complete HR function for a distributed team. The role combines operational HR ownership with support for employee experience, people development, and organizational planning in a technology-oriented environment.
Core responsibilities
You will take charge of recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate employee information, and oversee compensation, benefits, and policy administration. The position also includes building performance management processes, supporting learning and development activities, encouraging engagement and well-being, and partnering with leadership on culture and workforce planning.
Key requirements
The ideal candidate should bring solid experience in HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, records management, and policy execution. You should also be comfortable with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, training and development planning, labor law compliance, and employee relations. Strong communication, organizational ability, and stakeholder management are essential for success in a remote setup.
Additional qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is considered helpful. Professional credentials such as SHRM or HRCI are an added advantage. Experience in a technology or cybersecurity-focused organization, or in an SME environment, will be beneficial.
