About the Internship
The Human Resources intern will have a hands-on role in supporting the recruitment and HR operations of a cutting-edge medical device startup, spun out of IIT Bombay and headquartered at SINE IIT Bombay. The company aims to enhance early detection and diagnosis of heart and lung ailments with innovative technology, contributing to the advancement of healthcare in India and positively impacting millions of lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential candidates via job portals and social media platforms.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
- Support new employee onboarding and manage related documentation.
- Keep recruitment trackers and employee information well-maintained.
- Provide assistance in daily HR operations and administrative activities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Available to begin between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Willing to continue the internship for a period of six months.
- Possess relevant skills and demonstrate a genuine interest in HR responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Motivation to learn and build a career in the field of human resources.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000.
- Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation provided.
- Standard work schedule of five days per week.
