Role Overview
This Frisco, Texas position is for an HR Generalist supporting a busy U.S. workforce spread across multiple sites. The role is practical and wide-ranging, covering core HR administration, employee lifecycle support, and help with employee relations. It also offers exposure to broader HR business partner-style work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, along with other stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Update HR systems for hires, exits, and internal transfers using ADP or a comparable platform.
- Keep employee files accurate and compliant, including I-9s and other required documentation.
- Respond to HR questions and assist in managing employee relations matters.
- Support performance management processes such as review cycles, PIPs, and related tracking.
- Offer everyday HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Contribute to audits, reporting, and a variety of HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ADP or another HR information system.
- Background in employee relations and performance-related processes.
- Strong organisational skills, solid attention to detail, and clear communication.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus benefits.
