Job description
Position Overview
HROptima is hiring an HR Generalist for its Dubai location in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on day-to-day human resources support, recruitment coordination, employee handling, and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from routine administration to operational support.
- Assist with hiring tasks and help manage the onboarding process for new joiners.
- Address employee queries and support general employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and internal files.
- Ensure HR practices align with UAE labour law and related compliance requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have between 2 and 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are important.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees across levels are expected.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be considered an advantage.
