  • Use HR systems, analytics, and reporting to spot trends, anticipate issues, and guide decisions.
  • Build dashboards and workforce insights that help leaders act quickly and confidently.
  • Apply data to improve safety, compliance, staffing stability, and frontline effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR strategy and execution across distribution centers and field operations.
  • Ensure HR practices are efficient, compliant, scalable, and consistently applied across locations.
  • Analyze the root causes of turnover, engagement, and performance challenges and implement targeted action plans.
  • Partner with Corporate HR and Legal to resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Manage the Field HR budget with discipline and operational control.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Enablement, Communications, and business leaders to improve the employee experience.
  • Advise executives on workforce trends, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships that support shared business outcomes.
  • Support company-wide initiatives that improve culture, retention, and organizational health.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong background in leadership development and executive coaching with evidence of lasting behavior change.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Hands-on experience using HR metrics, analytics, and data to inform decisions.
  • Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Ideal Attributes
