Job description
Role Overview
Kinnect is looking for an HR Business Partner who can help shape a strong employee experience across the organisation. This role blends people support, culture building, performance enablement, and growth-focused HR work so teams feel supported and connected.
As the HRBP, you will partner closely with business leaders, guide people-related decisions, and help build an environment where engagement, development, and day-to-day team experience all improve over time.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their operating style, priorities, and growth needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for team leads on people-related matters.
- Contribute to designing practical team structures and career pathways.
Culture and Employee Engagement
- Support onboarding so new joiners have a positive and welcoming first day experience.
- Run monthly connects, regular check-ins, and other engagement activities that strengthen team connection.
- Recognize achievements, birthdays, and work anniversaries to create meaningful moments for employees.
Performance and Development
- Assist with appraisal cycles and help teams hold productive performance discussions.
- Support individual development plans and employee growth journeys.
- Identify learning gaps and coordinate with the L&D team to make development initiatives effective.
Exit Management and People Insights
- Conduct exit interviews that capture meaningful feedback rather than only completing a process step.
- Monitor employee trends and help address recurring issues before they grow larger.
- Facilitate smooth transitions during exits while keeping relationships positive.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification. The role requires 1 to 5 years of HR experience. Prior exposure to media, entertainment, digital content, or creative sectors is preferred.
