Located in North Dublin, the company is going through a period of major expansion. It promotes an open and accessible workplace and is guided by values including integrity, teamwork, sustainability, and agility. This is a standout opportunity to take on the top HR position in a scaling business and influence the people agenda as part of the senior leadership team.

- Coordinate with external HR and legal advisers when needed.
- Help shape a people strategy that can scale alongside future business growth.
Candidate profile
The ideal person will be an experienced HR professional with strong hands-on and commercial capability, comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or a similar operational sector would be useful, though it is not essential.

- Confident, practical stakeholder management style.
- Strong emotional intelligence and influencing ability.
- Comfortable balancing day-to-day delivery with strategic input.

- Resilient, collaborative, and pragmatic approach.
