- Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance calibration processes with business leaders to build strong, diverse, high-performing teams.
- Guide workforce planning and organizational design work so the business has the right structure and talent to meet strategic objectives.
- Support capability-building and development initiatives for assigned teams and across the wider organization.
- Create and roll out enterprise training, leadership development, and mentorship programs that build leadership strength and develop high-potential employees.
- Use people analytics to spot workforce patterns, evaluate organizational health, and help shape leadership decisions.
- Review turnover and retention trends and implement actions that improve employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Advise on HR programs, policies, employment law, and industry best practices.
- Lead and document employee relations investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns in line with policy and legal requirements.
- Coach leaders on conflict resolution, performance management, corrective action, policy application, and labor law compliance.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on hiring support, onboarding, and longer-term workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including work with complex employee relations, coaching, counseling, and change management matters.
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and serve as a strategic advisor on people decisions.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Solid business acumen.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
