Role Overview
This is a fully remote Human Resources Assistant position supporting day-to-day HR operations for a distributed team. The role centers on keeping employee information accurate, helping with onboarding and exit processes, and making sure HR tasks move forward smoothly and in line with internal procedures.
You will work with sensitive people data, keep digital records well organized, and handle routine administrative work that improves the employee experience. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is careful, dependable, and comfortable working within clearly defined processes from a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep employee records current and complete across HR platforms and systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork and scheduling support.
- Draft HR-related documents such as offer or employment letters, contracts, and internal messages.
- Answer basic HR questions and route more complex requests to the right team member.
- Follow HR policy requirements, documentation rules, and data privacy standards.
- Sort, label, and maintain digital HR files using consistent naming and filing methods.
- Track HR processes, spot delays or missing items, and raise concerns when needed.
- Maintain trackers and share regular progress updates on open tasks.
- Support audit readiness by making sure records are complete and easy to retrieve.

Requirements
