About the Role
Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience while supporting a variety of People & Culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various People & Culture functions
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire orientation programs
- Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment letters
- Respond to employment verification requests
- Manage and triage internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate training sessions and assist with ongoing HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Foundational understanding of HR practices and principles
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as UKG is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Additional Information
Location: Vaughan, ON (On-site)
Language Requirements: English (strong written and verbal communication skills required)
Duration: 2-month contract with potential for extension
Background Check: Required
