Role overview
The Human Resource Manager will lead core HR activities for the organization in Pune, with responsibility for hiring, employee development, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and day-to-day people management.
Key responsibilities
The role covers end-to-end talent acquisition and employee development, along with maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies. It also includes shaping HR initiatives, supporting employee welfare, managing performance review cycles, and addressing employee concerns and workplace issues in a timely manner.
Employee relations and grievance handling
