- Hands-on experience building relationships across creative and business talent networks.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes while acting as an HR business partner.
- Strong familiarity with digital recruitment tools and talent sourcing methods.
- Experience creating high-density, high-performing teams in agency environments.
- Proven capability in designing induction systems and knowledge-sharing processes.
- Education or training in organizational psychology, business psychology, and/or business coaching.
