Role overview

Trinity Christian Centre is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support a wide spectrum of HR activities, with particular attention to employee benefits, staff engagement, and the overall employee experience. This role involves both day-to-day HR operations and initiatives that help build a supportive and people-focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a varied set of HR duties, especially those tied to employee benefits administration, staff engagement, and improving the employee journey.
  • Review, develop, and refine HR policies and procedures so they stay aligned with organizational priorities and accepted HR practices.
  • Offer practical HR guidance to both management and staff while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Work closely with leadership to encourage a healthy work culture that promotes employee development and growth.
  • Keep the organization aligned with internal policies and Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Update and safeguard employee files and HR systems, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and confidential.
  • Assist with HR programs and initiatives designed to strengthen engagement and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, or in a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience covering multiple functional areas.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and related regulations.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach, with the ability to manage operational demands while maintaining a genuine people-first mindset.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools would be an added advantage.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore.
