The company is looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to strengthen relationships with hyperscale clients and partner with leadership across designated business units.
What this role does
The HR Business Partner works to connect people priorities with business goals. This role partners across the HR function to deliver practical support to managers and employees while staying informed about the business unit’s financial health, growth plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Advise managers on HR matters and provide guidance when needed.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including objective and thorough investigations.
- Coordinate with legal partners when situations require it.
- Support everyday people management activities such as coaching, counseling, career growth, and disciplinary actions.
- Work with managers and employees to strengthen working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention and productivity.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies clearly.
- Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR needs.
- Contribute to restructuring efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning for business units.
- Identify training requirements for teams and provide input on executive coaching needs.
- Complete additional related duties as assigned.

Experience and education
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field is required. The role calls for at least 5 years of overall human resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years handling complex employee relations issues. Candidates should also have practical knowledge of performance management and federal/state employment laws. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR is preferred, and the selected candidate must earn certification within one year of joining.

Compensation
The base pay for this role is $75,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skills, and location, in line with applicable law.
