- Represent Macy’s employer brand through personalized first-contact outreach and coordinate external candidate introductions with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
- Record candidate details accurately in the ATS to support hiring decisions and preserve data quality.
- Support recruiters through the full search process by delivering interested and qualified candidates promptly.
- Share market intelligence in real time, including candidate motivations, salary expectations, and talent availability.
- Track industry trends, talent movement, and competitor hiring activity.
- Look for ways to improve sourcing methods, tools, and the candidate journey.
- Contribute to diversity sourcing, employer branding, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exchange best practices and market insights that strengthen sourcing capability across the TA team.
- Promote an environment of respect and inclusion that supports strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
