What You Will Do

  • Advise employees and managers on HR topics such as policy interpretation, workplace concerns, and issue resolution.
  • Own and prioritize a queue of HR cases, making sure each item is properly researched, recorded, and closed in a timely and accurate way.
  • Work alongside legal, payroll, technology, and other internal partners to support consistent and compliant HR practices.
  • Help improve processes that strengthen service quality, team efficiency, and the employee experience.
  • Develop practical reference materials, training content, and support resources that increase HR knowledge across the organization.
  • Analyze recurring HR inquiries, identify patterns, and prepare reports that surface risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support HR systems and case management work using tools such as Workday, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee relations matters, and other HR administrative tasks in a regulated environment.
  • Build dependable relationships with internal stakeholders and outside partners to support accountability and reliable service.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with a strong background in employee support, case handling, and service-focused problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of HR administration, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS-based processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise employees and managers at different levels.
  • The ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with HR technology and case management platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in compliance-sensitive settings, including HIPAA-regulated environments, is a plus.
