Who you will work with
The incumbent in this role will support Talent Management for consulting staff at BCN India. This team member will collaborate with the Senior Specialist HR/Manager HR to manage end-to-end HR processes, implement necessary interventions, conduct analyses, contribute to process improvements, and manage internal stakeholder communications.
What you’ll do
- Execute routine HR operations transactions following defined processes and under supervision.
- Manage and maintain the HRMS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with global standards.
- Oversee the complete employee offboarding process, ensuring real-time data updates.
- Assist in compiling and preparing inputs for payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Manage the medical insurance process for all employees, including support for annual renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to follow up on tasks and ensure closure.
- Address standard employee queries using established guidelines and escalate exceptions as needed.
- Prepare standard reports and data extracts using approved formats and templates.
- Maintain documentation to support audits, compliance, and reconciliations.
- Strictly adhere to confidentiality, data privacy, and information security requirements.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
About you
- Possess 3-5 years of work experience along with an MBA in Human Resources, or 4+ years of experience with a Graduate degree and hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR functions, fundamentals, and talent management processes.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting.
- Must have strong data handling and analysis capabilities.
- Experience with HRMS (Workday) is essential.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data analysis tools is preferred.
- Exhibit a high degree of detail orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and integrity.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
