Job description
Role Overview
This opportunity is for an HR Manager supporting a real estate and property client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The assignment is offered on a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension, and the joining date is immediate. The role requires Arabic and English communication skills and focuses on day-to-day HR coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine HR operations such as employee records, HR documents, attendance tracking, leave administration, and maintenance of personnel files.
- Coordinate hiring-related tasks, including interview scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and collection of employee paperwork.
- Keep employee information accurate and up to date in HR systems while ensuring records are organized properly.
- Support training activities by coordinating logistics and maintaining related records.
- Help roll out HR policies and ensure practices remain aligned with UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR processes across the organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration or HR coordination is expected.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and current HR best practices is needed.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records management is important.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
