Job description

Role Overview

Sahan Res Net is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead core people operations and shape the organization’s workforce strategy. This mid-level to senior management position focuses on strengthening recruitment, employee relations, performance systems, compliance, and organizational growth while helping build a positive, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out HR policies, processes, and practices that support business priorities.
  • Run the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and selection through onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as disputes, corrective actions, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage performance processes, including reviews, KPIs, and development planning.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain adherence to labor laws, employment rules, and internal company standards.
  • Lead initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and broader organizational development efforts.
  • Review HR data and metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Oversee learning and development programs that build employee capability.
  • Administer HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, and other digital HR platforms.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on background in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are considered an advantage.
