About the internship

About the Internship

The selected intern will actively participate in reviewing the existing Job Evaluation (JE) processes and formats of current job descriptions (JDs) to ensure compliance with governance standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to create, verify, and update JDs using the approved Global Human Resources (GHR) format. Further responsibilities include engaging in JE discussions, providing necessary analytical support, maintaining documentation rigor, updating JE records, organizing repositories, and preparing summaries for audit readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The internship is open to candidates who can commit full-time in-office attendance.
  • Applicants should be able to commence their internship between July 31 and September 4, 2026.
  • Candidates must be available for a six-month duration.
  • Preference will be given to those with relevant skills and interests applicable to HR functions.
  • Specifically targeted towards MBA (HR) or MMS students familiar with job evaluation concepts.
