About the role

What you’ll do
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support clients across a range of industries and real-world workplace issues.
- Provide hands-on HR guidance on people management topics.
- Handle employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conduct issues, and disciplinary processes.
- Contribute to HRIS implementation work, including system setup, configuration, and rollout.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit processes.
- Use a proactive, practical, and analytical approach to adapt quickly to different client environments.
Working style and environment
This is a flexible, client-facing position based in a boutique office in North Lakes, with occasional travel to client locations when required. Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills are important in this role.

About you
- You bring 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
- You have direct experience supporting HRIS implementation projects.
- You understand Fair Work obligations, Awards, and the National Employment Standards.
- You are comfortable dealing with employee relations issues.
- You communicate clearly and pay close attention to detail.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and focused on finding workable solutions.
- Experience in consulting or a multi-site environment will be viewed favourably.
