Role Overview
Tap Growth ai is looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to help run daily HR operations and support the employee journey end to end. This position will handle onboarding and exit processes, keep HR records and systems updated, manage benefits administration, and provide administrative support to employees and other internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational ability, a sharp eye for detail, and the professionalism needed to manage confidential information. This role suits someone who performs well in a busy setting, works smoothly with multiple teams, and is comfortable supporting a varied workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee onboarding from the point a signed contract is received until the new hire is fully settled in.
- Handle employee exit administration, including paperwork, system changes, and other offboarding requirements.
- Keep employee data accurate and ensure records are updated promptly in HR platforms and databases.
- Assist with HR operations across systems and processes such as HRIS, benefits, insurance and medical coverage, employee share plans, and government reporting.
- Prepare HR reports and help manage data to support accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the first contact for HR-related employee questions and respond in a timely manner.
- Log, track, and follow through on HR system tickets and service requests.
- Create employment letters, HR documents, and other employee communications as needed.
- Support benefits-related administration and coordinate with internal as well as external parties when required.
- Make sure HR practices align with company policies, internal procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Protect employee privacy and handle sensitive HR information with care and discretion.
- Take part in process improvements and assist with additional HR initiatives or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, employee support, or administrative operations.
- Prior experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and core HR processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excel capability should include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative approach and comfort working across different teams and functions.
- High integrity and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar HRIS tools is a plus.
- Experience in retail, customer-facing, or similarly fast-paced environments is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing technologies.
