Role Overview
The HR Administrator will support the HR team by handling clerical work and day-to-day administrative processes. The role is centered on filing, maintaining records, and keeping HR documentation accurate, complete, and well organized. Strong planning and prioritization skills are essential.
Compensation for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Key Duties
- Keep filing systems current and orderly.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
- Review files to confirm they meet statutory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor missing documentation and follow up until records are complete.
- Support general HR administrative work.
- Assist with new hire badging and badge application preparation.
- Protect confidential information at all times.
- Make a positive first impression for visitors and callers.
- Follow HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support employee complaint handling and employee queries.
- Carry out filing and data entry tasks.
- Help maintain safe and secure operations in line with health, safety, security, and government requirements.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by management.
- Work in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in an office setting. Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. The role calls for excellent organization, administrative capability, and the ability to manage several tasks while meeting strict deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. The candidate should be able to interpret complex documents, work well with diverse teams in a fast-moving environment, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 35 lbs and bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling file boxes.
Additional requirements include passing a Department of Airports driving test, obtaining permission to drive in the Airport Operational Area (AOA), passing an FBI background check, securing a U.S. Customs seal, passing drug testing, and holding a valid driver’s license in good standing.
