Housekeeping Team Associate

Overview

OTO Development is hiring a Housekeeping Team Associate for its Greenville, SC property. This role supports day-to-day room cleaning and maintenance readiness in a hotel environment, with an emphasis on efficiency, cleanliness, and professional presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and stock your housekeeping cart with the supplies needed to complete the day’s assignments smoothly.
• Communicate room maintenance issues to the front desk and coordinate with other team members as needed.
• Understand when a room needs a light touch versus a full clean, and carry out both standards properly.
• Vacuum floors, make beds with fresh linens, replenish supplies, and replace all bathroom and room amenities.
• Maintain a polished appearance at all times, including a pressed uniform, employee ID, safety shoes, and required protective gear.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting.

There is little to no travel expected beyond the property and nearby surrounding areas.
