Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and positive individual to join our team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor at the Welcome Break Ramada Oxford, located in Waterstock. This role offers flexible part-time hours with immediate start opportunities and the possibility of overtime. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to £13.35, plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or cleaning industry is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
