Role Overview

The Housekeeping Runner plays a critical role in supporting the business, guests, and team by ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, well-kept, and maintained to the highest standards. The candidate will provide professional customer service to hotel guests, promptly addressing their requests, and maintaining a safe and organized environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean, neat, and orderly.
• Maintain guest corridors and public areas in excellent condition.
• Deliver courteous and efficient service to meet guest needs and requests.
• Support the housekeeping team to meet quality and safety standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a housekeeping department is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• High attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining rooms.
• Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
