Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help create a pleasant stay for guests by delivering attentive service and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. The role involves keeping guest rooms and public areas clean and up to the hotel’s quality standards while contributing to an experience that feels smooth, caring, and stress-free.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned guest rooms.
• Keep public areas neat, presentable, and well maintained.
• Follow hotel procedures and performance standards in daily housekeeping work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and bring strong people skills with a genuine caring attitude toward guests. Prior international experience in luxury hotel brands is preferred, as it reflects adaptability across different cultures and working environments. A willingness to keep learning, grow professionally, and stay effective under pressure is important. Strong English communication skills are also required.
