About the Role
Get You Housekeeping is seeking dependable housekeepers/cleaners to work in Alexandria, Sydney. The business has 14 years of experience delivering professional housekeeping services across Sydney and Brisbane, with a focus on regular weekly cleaning for private homes rather than one-off jobs or commercial sites. Candidates who live in Alexandria, nearby suburbs, or can travel locally are encouraged to apply.
What’s on Offer
- Pay ranges from $32.25 to $45.50 per hour, with wages issued every Tuesday.
- Shifts are ongoing each week with the same households.
- Work is limited to weekdays; there are no weekend shifts or late-night hours.
- Each booking is typically between 3 and 4 hours long.
- Clients supply the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.
- Training is provided in person and is paid before you begin.
- You’ll be supported by a professional and approachable management team.
- Reliable, consistent team members may be considered for promotion opportunities.
Key Duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and shared living spaces.
- Prepare beds and change linen when required.
- Carry out laundry tasks such as folding and ironing.
- Handle light tidying and general household organisation.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in housekeeping or domestic/residential cleaning is preferred.
- You should be based in Alexandria or willing to travel locally.
- Availability is required on any weekday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Good conversational English is needed.
- Applicants must already be in Australia and hold valid work rights.
- Working Holiday Visa holders must have strong cleaning experience and be able to commit for at least six months.
