Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning duties to ensure establishments are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
• Make beds and replenish linens as needed.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hallways.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and metal fittings.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Address housekeeping issues such as spills or broken items efficiently.
• Contribute positively to team efforts and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Uphold high standards of customer service through detailed attention.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as required.
• Rearrange furniture and amenities according to the established layout.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cleaning various surfaces and materials.
• Capability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
