Job description
Overview
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping spaces tidy, organized, and welcoming. As part of the team, you’ll help maintain a comfortable living environment for residents while also adding a friendly human touch during day-to-day interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out housekeeping duties in residents’ apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and similar cleaning tasks.
- Interact positively with residents while working in their homes to help brighten their day.
- Maintain cleanliness across shared community areas by taking out trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, and performing related upkeep.
- Restock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments as needed.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is USD 17.50 to USD 20.25 per hour. Final offers may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size where relevant, and certifications or training. This range does not include bonuses, other incentives, or the value of benefits, and compensation ranges may be reviewed and updated over time.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful, though a willingness to learn is also welcome.
- A natural sense of cleanliness and organization.
