Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Role overview

This role is part of the housekeeping and laundry team and is focused on keeping the hotel clean, orderly, and guest-ready. The position supports a high-quality guest experience by maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas across the property.

Key duties

• Carry out a broad range of housekeeping tasks to maintain the hotel’s overall appearance and hygiene.
• Respond to guest requests and handle day-to-day room and area upkeep as needed.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean guest rooms, shared areas, and other hotel spaces to the required standard.
• Help create a comfortable and memorable stay through attentive cleanliness and service.

Work expectations

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality and act in a professional manner at all times.
• Wear the correct uniform and keep personal grooming and communication standards professional.
• Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, and active movement during shifts.
• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete other reasonable duties when requested.
