Role overview
This role is part of the housekeeping and laundry team in Doha, Qatar. The position focuses on creating a polished, welcoming hotel environment by keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, presentable, and ready for a memorable stay.
What you will do
You will support the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel by handling a variety of housekeeping duties. The work includes responding to guest needs, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and maintaining shared spaces so the property consistently delivers a strong guest experience.
The job also requires you to work independently within your assigned area, take practical ownership of daily tasks, and complete additional reasonable duties when requested.
Standards and work expectations
Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, following all company policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, and presenting yourself professionally through appearance, communication, and conduct. The role is physically active and requires long periods of standing, walking, or sitting, along with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
