Role overview

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a hotel in Doha. The role focuses on keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, orderly, and ready to deliver a memorable stay. It requires a practical, hands-on approach and the flexibility to handle a variety of housekeeping tasks as needed.

What you will do

You will contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring the hotel environment is clean, well-presented, and maintained to high standards. Duties may include responding to guest needs, moving supplies and carts, cleaning rooms and shared spaces, and carrying out related housekeeping work.

• Support room cleaning and preparation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness across public areas and other hotel spaces.
• Deliver guest requests and assist with day-to-day housekeeping needs.
• Keep carts stocked and ready for use.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Work expectations

This role requires close attention to safety, confidentiality, company policies, and quality standards. Professional conduct is expected in appearance, communication, and personal presentation. The job involves being on your feet for extended periods and regularly moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
