Role overview

Join Aloft Hotels in Al Ain as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, part of the Housekeeping & Laundry team. This full-time, non-management position is focused on maintaining a polished, welcoming, and consistently clean hotel environment that supports a memorable guest stay.

What the job involves

The role goes beyond making beds and tidying rooms. You will help keep guest rooms, corridors, and other shared areas looking their best, while also responding to guest needs and supporting day-to-day housekeeping operations. The aim is to create a stay that feels distinctive, comfortable, and well cared for.

Core duties

• Keep guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces clean and presentable.
• Handle guest requests and provide practical housekeeping support when needed.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies to stay ready for service.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep tasks across assigned areas of the hotel.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Protect guest and company confidentiality at all times.
• Consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by the hotel team.

Work expectations

This position requires an active, hands-on approach. You should be prepared to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, and to lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Professional appearance, behavior, and communication are essential.
