About the Role
As a guest environment expert, you will help create an exceptional and memorable stay by keeping the hotel clean, orderly, and welcoming. The role goes beyond preparing tidy rooms and made beds; it focuses on supporting a luxury guest experience across the entire property.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle a broad range of housekeeping duties, moving freely within your area and taking initiative to complete what needs to be done.
- Respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are ready for use.
- Clean guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces as required.
- Carry out related housekeeping tasks that support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Follow assigned duties carefully and complete any other reasonable tasks that may be given.
Work Standards and Expectations
Success in this position depends on maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality, and upholding quality standards. Professional behavior is expected at all times, including neat appearance, proper uniform presentation, and respectful communication.
The job is physically active and requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking. You must also be able to lift, move, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance.
