Job description
About the Role
This position focuses on managing hotel reservations and coordinating stay arrangements end to end. The role supports seamless hospitality operations for individuals, corporate clients, and especially production-related bookings across India.
Core Duties
You will handle booking workflows, ensure smooth check-in and check-out coordination, support group travel requirements nationwide, and manage special VIP or celebrity arrivals and departures. Daily rooming and billing coordination are also part of the job.
Experience Preferences
Candidates with around 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role are preferred. Backgrounds in hospitality, reservation management, front office work, or event-based group handling are especially valued.
Eligibility
A diploma in any specialization is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,50,000. Additional benefits include 15 paid leaves per year, a Diwali bonus, incentives, and a festive bonus.
