Role overview
A welcoming and active family in Mosman Park, Western Australia is looking for an experienced Home Manager/Nanny to help care for three children aged 6, 5, and 3, while also keeping the household organised and running well. The position is being recruited by The Nanny Connection on the family’s behalf.
This is a long-term opportunity with a family that values warmth, genuine connection, and someone who can bring both nurturing childcare and practical home support to the role.
Work schedule
The regular hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The family can offer some flexibility for the right person and may consider Friday instead of one weekday.
Employment details
This is a long-term contract role based onsite in Mosman Park, WA 6012. The start date is July 2026. Pay is described as an attractive salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key duties
The role combines childcare with household management. You will be expected to support the children’s daily routine, provide a safe and encouraging environment, and take care of tasks that help the home stay organised and efficient.

Requirements and qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working with children
- Previous background in nannying, childcare, or home management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
- Current National Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence and confidence behind the wheel
- Strong organisational and time-management ability
- Self-driven and proactive working style
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong interest in a long-term commitment
