Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Kozhikode is suited for a Holiday Consultant who can build tailor-made travel itineraries, handle client reservations, and support travelers throughout their journey. The role involves planning trips, coordinating with suppliers and service providers, guiding visa-related steps, and responding to customer questions while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design customized holiday plans and travel packages based on client preferences.
• Manage customer bookings and related travel arrangements.
• Plan itineraries and coordinate with vendors and travel partners.
• Support clients through visa-related documentation and processing.
• Handle customer queries promptly and work to maintain strong satisfaction levels.
• Contribute to a smooth travel experience through organized and attentive service.

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of travel planning, itinerary building, and package creation.
• Good client handling and communication abilities.
• Experience with reservations, ticketing, and visa procedures.
• Awareness of popular destinations, travel trends, and cultural differences.
• Exposure to travel software or related tools is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and personal organization.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a busy work setting.
• Prior experience in travel and tourism is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related discipline is preferred.
