Job Overview

The Talbot Group is seeking compassionate and dependable Healthcare Assistants to join its team in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland. The role is suited to people who want to help others and contribute to high-quality care in a supportive workplace.

Compensation is set at €15.15 to €17.15 per hour, with an additional €1.50 paid for Sunday work. A referral bonus of €1,000 is also offered for recommending a friend.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is caring, reliable, and genuinely motivated to support others. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are important. A QQI Level 5 qualification, or an equivalent credential, is required, and prior experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
